Brain & Body Reset Challenge
Effective Dates: May 1, 2025 – May 28, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Brain & Body Reset Challenge ("Challenge") organized by Crave Optimal Health ("Organizer," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for the Challenge, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you may not participate.
The Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of registration.
Participants must complete the registration process by May 1, 2025, and comply with all Challenge rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Participant for breach of this Agreement at any time.
Participants may register under one of the following tracks:
Free TrackFee: $0Access to community materials only.Not eligible for prize winnings.Single Category Entry (Points or Weight Loss Only)Fee: $25Eligible for prize winnings in the selected category.Dual Category Entry (Points and Weight Loss)Fee: $35Eligible for prize winnings in both categories.
All fees are
non-refundable
under any circumstances, including but not limited to Participant withdrawal or disqualification.

Failure to submit a valid weigh-in and weigh-out within the specified periods will disqualify the Participant from eligibility for Weight Loss Category prizes.
Weigh-in and weigh-out submissions must include:
A clear photograph of the Participant's weight on a scale.The Participant’s assigned Challenge ID number visibly displayed.
Points may be earned by engaging in the following activities:
Viewing daily educational videos and completing related lessons.Participating in WIN (Weekly Inspiration & Navigation) calls (maximum of two points per week).Completing the Habit Finder Health Debrief survey.Attending Community Time Webinars.Engaging in community discussions and submitting designated activities.Referring new participants through a personalized invitation link.
Complete scoring and activity guidelines will be provided upon registration.
The Organizer reserves the right to audit points submissions and adjust scores where necessary.
Prizes will be awarded to Participants based on:
Percent of weight lost (Weight Loss Category), orTotal points earned (Points Category).
Participants registered for both categories may win in both.
Participants enrolled in the Free Track are
not eligible
to receive prizes.
Prize determinations are made solely by the Organizer and are
final, binding, and not subject to appeal
.
All prizes awarded are private awards and are not considered gambling, gaming, or lottery winnings under any applicable laws.
The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding the value, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose of any awarded prize.
Participants are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.
Participants enrolled in paid tracks (Single Category or Dual Category) will receive
priority technical support
related to Challenge participation.
Participants in the Free Track may receive limited support without guaranteed response times.
The Organizer is not responsible for Participant hardware, software, or internet connection issues.
By registering for the Challenge, Participants expressly consent to receive Challenge-related communications, including but not limited to:
Email messagesSMS text messages
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the Participant’s carrier.
Participants may opt out of messaging at any time by following provided opt-out instructions.
Opting out may limit the Participant’s ability to receive important Challenge updates.
Participant data collected during registration and throughout the Challenge will be used exclusively for:
Administration and management of the ChallengeCommunication of Challenge updates and results
The Organizer will handle all Participant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
The Organizer is not liable for:
Lost, misdirected, or corrupted data submissionsTechnical failures impacting submissions
Participants must conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and respect toward all other Participants and the Organizer’s staff.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:
Submits false or misleading informationEngages in harassment, cheating, or disruptive behaviorViolates the letter or spirit of this Agreement
Disqualification is at the Organizer’s sole discretion and will result in forfeiture of any fees and prizes.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures or force majeure events.
In the event of significant changes to these Terms and Conditions, Participants will be notified via the email address provided during registration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer disclaims all liability for any:
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesLosses or injuries resulting from participation in the Challenge or use of any awarded prize
Participation is voluntary and at the Participant’s own risk.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Challenge or this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Participant and the Organizer with respect to the Challenge and supersedes all prior communications, whether written or oral, relating thereto.
